HISTORY

Dec 1997 POTS was formed known as a Branch of Petroleum Technical Services Company (PTSC) in HCMC
Apr 2007 PTSC-City branch was converted into Enterprise of Petroleum Offshore Trading and services., then became Petroleum Offshore Trading and Services Company Limitted
Aug 2009 Petroleum Offshore Trading and Services Company Limitted was transferred to the Petrovietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation.
Sep 2010, intensifying the overweight & oversize transport service with ALE.
Nov 2010, took over the management of PVGas building in Dist. 7.
Sep 2011, took over the management of Petroleum Commercial & Financial Center in Phu My Hung, Dist. 7.
Ferburary 2012: Establishment of Vietnam Oil and Gas Logistics Services Joint Stock Company ( PSL).
March 2012: Establishment of PETROSETCO – ALE Heavy Transportation and Lifting Joint – Stock Company ( PETROSETCO – ALE) with pool rate of PETROSETCO – POTS 51% charter capital.
Jan 2013, POTS signed contract with Cuu Long JOC to supply material & equipment for Su Tu Nau project. From July to September 2013, POTS had been awarded other tenders from this Su Tu Nau project.
March 2013, POTS signed contract with Lam Son JOC to load out the Jacket for Thang Long – Dong Do project.
April 2013, POTS continued to cooperate with Vietsovpetro on the Extension to Gas Gathering System for Dragon-Tortoise Fields- Thang Long Dong Do project and on other contracts to supply equipment for operations of Vietsovpetro.
August 2013, Petrosetco-POTS signed contract for rental of barges and tow boats for Su Tu Vang North East project.
September 2013, Petrosetco-POTS signed contract to load out Jacket & Topside for Diamond project.
December 2013, Petrosetco-POTS won the tender “Engineering-Procurement-Construction- Installation (EPCI) main contractor for Switchyard of Thai Binh Thermal Power Plant 2”, as starting the business outside Oil & Gas field.
March 2016: Deploying maintenance services and providing technology solutions.
May 2016: Launching maritime services. In this period, the Company took over the technical operation for the Petroleum Institute Building, District 9 - Ho Chi Minh City.
September 2016: Transforming business form from One Member Limited Liability Company to Joint Stock Company, in which PETROSETCO accounts for 60% of capital contribution.
June 2017: Taking over, managing and operating the Trade Center (Platium Plaza) District 6 – Ho Chi Minh City.
August 2017: Signing a 6-year long-term contract for maintenance service of 2 generating sets for Nghi Son refinery and petrochemical plant, Thanh Hoa.
March 2019: Taking over and operating the BETRIMEX building at 62 Tran Huy Lieu, Ward 12, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
December 2021: Taking over and operating the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department Headquarters building at No. 2 Ham Nghi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

3rd-grade Labor Medal in 2005
Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2000, 2008 and 2013
Merit of Petrovietnam from 2009 to 2013.
Merit of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2010, 2012.
Certificate of merit from the General Confederation of Labour in 2011 and Certificate of merit from the Vietnam Oil & Gas Union in 2012, 2013 for outstanding performance in work and union organization.
Certificate of merit from PETROSETCO for the Team with Outstanding Performance from 1998 to 2018.

SCOPE OF BUSINESS

One of POTS’s core businesses is supplying Industrial Materials and equipment such as Drilling equipment & steel, Marine equipment, E&I equipment, Process equipment, Power transmission material, Maintenance & Technology solution. Through continued growth, POTS has expanded its capability to offshore services including: Supply vessel/barges, Coal transshipment & transportation, Underwater survey for Marine and mobile, Underwater survey/Diving inspection, Underwater cutting & welding,..

In addition, POTS has long experience in management (technical and operations) services for both commercial and residential properties. With skills and superiorities in this business, POTS continuously improves service quality and affirms the properties’ value.
