November 1990, Mr. Ha joined PSC. Since April 1993, he worked at Petroleum Services Enterprise under Petroleum Technical Services Company (PTSC). From April 1995, he was appointed as Deputy Director of Petroleum Services Enterprise; Secretary of Party Cell cum Director of PTSC- Ho Chi Minh City Branch. In March 2007, he was appointed as Deputy General Director of Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation cum Chairman of Petroleum Offshore Trading and Services Company Limited (POTS), PTSC Shipping Agency Services Co., Ltd and Petrovietnam Assets Management Co., Ltd (PVA). From August 2009, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary of Party Cell, member of the Board cum General Director of Petrovietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation (Petrosetco). Being inherited from the obtained success, he outstandingly performed the Corporation's production and business management with excellent outcomes from 2009. From April 2015, Mr. Phung Tuan Ha became the Chaiman of Petrovietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation (PETROSETCO).
Mr Phung Tuan Ha was trained in senior business administration and law. He owns extensive experience and outstanding strength in managing and operating in commercial services. As regards achievements, Mr. Ha was honored to be awarded the First-Class Labor Medal in 2015, the Second-Class in 2007 and the Third-Class in 2002; a Merit of the Prime Minister in 2012; a merit of Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2008 and 2010; title of National Emulation soldiers in 2013; the City's excellent young businessman in Ho Chi Minh City in 2008; Emulation Soldier of Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2007, 2010 and 2013, a merit of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and the title of emulation soldiers at grassroots level from 2007 to 2023.
